I won a Giveaway from Giveaway Day too!  A lovely piece of vintage fabric all the way from the UK.  Trisha at “The Remnant Box” liked my comment about making a dress inspired by Horrockses and the V&A.  Go over there and read what she has to say – I looked at that book at the museum shop and didn’t think I had room in my luggage to bring it back.  I might have to order a copy though…

Nell: My favorite color is red, we have less than an inch of our first sticking snow here in NJ, and I think these mittens are SUPER CUTE!!

My favorite color is orange, with gray a close second.
It has been biting cold here, with about 18? of snow in most of the backyard. It would be higher, but the weight of it compressed it all down after the big dump of snow we had the other day.
