This guy pretty much sums it up for me. I have been sick for what seems like a month (it’s really been just over a week) with some nasty sinus/cold/flu bug and my head kind of feels like I am sure his does. Despite the plague, I have been working on several projects which I can’t share yet. Super busy but nothing to show you guys! So I will share some links for things that I have been enjoying while I blow my nose.
- If you somehow haven’t seen Neil Gaiman’s commencement speech to the students at University of the Arts, it is definitely worth a few minutes of your time.
- This “Wee Mouse in a Tin House” pattern is adorable.
- Paul at Outnumbered Quilter is disassembling a vintage sewing machine that is is pretty rough shape. Fun to watch.
- Casey at Elegant Musings is going to do a pattern grading tutorial series at her blog for resizing vintage patterns. I am pretty excited about this one. I have about a dozen vintage patterns that I love that are just a size or two wrong for me.
