Super Grover Week

Did you know it was Super Grover Week?  Did you know that Super Grover is now Super Grover 2.0?

 

According to Sesame Workshop:
He may not leap tall buildings in a single bound or fly through the air with the greatest of ease, but he loves to unleash the power of investigation! This season “Sesame Street” introduces an all new segment- “Super Grover 2.0.” As he observes, questions, investigates, and reports, our hero literally stumbles across solutions to problems all across the planet.

As an extension of the season’s curriculum focus on scientific investigation, this new series emphasizes a STEM curriculum (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) by modeling the processes of scientific inquiry.

Through these engaging and age-appropriate stories, preschoolers become active participants in solving problems through observation and investigation and are introduced to vocabulary, process skills, and concepts that are the foundations of STEM education.
