Can  you guys help me out?  I need to run a little experiment to see if I can get password protected posts to work.  I am teaching a couple of conference seminars and in case I run out of paper handouts I would like to be able to post them here for people to download.  But I don’t just want to give them away without the context of the class, so I thought I could post something with a password that only the class members would have.

Red not pink.

I seem to have an affinity for things that have dye that’s not set. (Can you see the pink water?).   I put a new waistband in this vintage circle skirt and decided to hand wash the whole thing. Maybe I will let it soak for a while.

We have had so much rain here that there are a lot of these in the yard.

Lots of art in progress and not much to show here yet.

  • I am presenting a seminar on Etsy in two weeks at the International Surface Design Association Conference and Etsy just revamped a whole bunch of things on the site.  I spent tonight doing research.

Sweet 16

Yesterday was our 16th wedding anniversary. We went out to a St Paul Chamber Orchestra concert and heard some less than wonderful music played by a famous oboist. Otherwise it was a lovely day. This is a self portrait from our box at the Ordway.
